Please read ALL the rules even if you don't have a site.
1. Must be a fan of the movie.
2. Please submit your first name or at least a realistic name.
3. A site is not required but if you do have a site please link it back to http://blindlyfalling.net/st4/ and no place else. If I do not see a code or you directly link one of my codes, you will still be listed but your site will not. Please put the code in a permanent location if you're going to put it on something like a livejournal (i.e. - in your userinfo).
4. If you need to change your info, please visit the update section. Do not fill out another join form.
